Hello, my eyes don't feel fresh even after 7-8 hours of sleep and my eyes feel strained because of the lights at my office. I use anti glare glasses while working (which help quite a lot).
I keep the blue rays of my phone blocked always. I don't have caffeine at least 8 hours prior to my sleep time. I have enough water throughout the day. I have a fixed schedule for sleeping (more or less). I don't have alcohol. I work out daily for at least half hour. I have got my eye sight checked and that's also okay.
Is this eye fatigue?
If yes, how do I cure it?
