My eyes become red after 8_10 days.have some dirt after redness.eyes swallen .since from last 1 months

This is looking like  conjunctivitis. Put eye drop vigamox 6 times a day Eye drop toba 4 times a day Eye drop lotepred 3 times a day for 1 week followed by 2 times fir next 1 week followed by 1 time for last 3rd week
