Eyes are getting red

Hello Doctor, My son's eyes are getting red and some kind of sticky dirt is coming from his eyes. Please let me know what has happen and also any eye drops

Hello this is common in children with allergies. Ensure he doesn’t have any other nose or throat problem too and isn’t suffering from a cough or cold. It be wise to once show him to an eye doctor to rule out any other problem.
