Hi All, Please explain me what's this swelling in my 8 Monty baby he was born premature 35 weeks and we noticed this bump when he was 3 months old, it's not painful but looks like water filled or cyst or pus filled, what to do what is this called. We stay in janakpuri any dr who is nearby can help
