Eye Weakness
Hi. I checked my eye with nos. r as under. My q r:-
1) Is it normal 4 my age people (27 yr old) as my eye nos. r high?
2) Can I use eye contact lenses?
3) Is it right decision to conduct eye operation such as lazer operation etc?
4) what kind of food, jouice, fruit take?
5) Any medicine care ie Tablets multi-vitamin?

Hello, with that power yes you need to use,, either spectacles or the contact lenses and need to have regular follow up every 6months you are in right age to get lasik surgery for your eye to correct refractory error, Consult a ophthalmologist to check whether your eye is fit to get surgery. They to eat more fruits and vegetable which had vitamins, and try to relax your eye in dark room try to focus on something for few minutes.
