I think it is sub conjunctival hemorrhage &it will disappear within 3-4 wk itself but for fast absorption of blood, you may take tab celin500mg odx10 day +tab chymoral forte 1 tab thrice x7days+4Quin eye drops 4-5 times till redness disappears.
