My son was born at 8 months 5 day's (LMP 25 July 2024,I delivered on 31 March 2025) due to placenta issue he was born 2.7 kgs as per today date he's 5 kgs on reastfeeding he's fit and healthy he's about to complete 2 months by tomorrow but still he's not recognising faces and tracking objects he's actively roaming his eye's and responding to light and blink his pupils become small when contact to light his lenses are light brownish color even though he's about to complete 2 months why he's not recognising faces and tracking objects even
when I'm so close to him he's not focusing on me how to know if he had vision problem or what please anyone tell me my mil is telling not to panic and would visit his pediatrician if he doesn't recognise faces even after 3 month can anyone reply me I'm not at peace please I hope I'll get back the answer

Greetings don't worry ,it could be normal also but object fixing will start coming by 2 month,if u feel that child is not fixing object u can visit a opthalmologist for eye evaluation
