I see black shades and spots when I turn and blink my eyes.. It's very disturbing... Could u suggest how to get rid of it

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of floaters These appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in the vitreous cavity of eye These are benign and don't need treatment Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better or else get retina examined
