Eye Vision
I'm sitting long time i.e. 12 hr in front of computer , last 1.5 years , recently when i sit in front of computer after 1-2 hr my eye becomes wety and the letters on the screen becomes dim , then i have to wash my eyes with water then its become fine , but after 2-3 hr same things happening , so what to do ? best solution for eye vision for long time sitting in front of computer screen ? do i need a eyeglass particularly for protection from uv ray which comes from computer screen ?
