Right Eye upper portion is paining unable to open or once open immediately need to close due to pain water is coming while opening , getting little  relaxation giving hot compress

If so much pain and watering, there might be something stuck inside the eye. Pls visit nearest Ophthalmologist and get it removed under slit lamp.
