Are we required to read the most bottom line in the eye test chart.. Actually I got my new glasses with increased numbers though the vision has improved than previous glasses but it is not that clear still I am finding it difficult to read some things... What does that mean. Was it way of ophthalmologist to eye check.. Should we use less power in our glasses than actual... Am I required to extend the no even more?

Most bottom line is 6/5 which is super normal & above that line is 6/6 which is considered normal & considered normal for every job like Rly driver etc. You should again consult experienced ophthmologist for refraction after pupil dilation if you are not satisfied with present prescribed glass.
