Take
Tab augmentin 625 ... 1 tablet twice a day for 5 days after meal
Tab pan 40...1 tablet twice a day before meal
Tab enzoflam... 1 tablet twice a day after meal for 5 days
Hot fomentation :- 4/day for 10min
E/o occupol.. 2/day
