Eye Stye or Eye Chalazion
I have observed eye stye in my right eye and rhe swollen reduces in 4 days but the reddish swollen part is still in the eye.
Dont know whether it is stye or chalazion

If it's along lid line then it's Stye. If it's away from lid margin it's Chalazion. Treatment is different for both conditions. Minor surgery is required if it's chalazion
