Eye sight problem
I am having glasses which power is -4D.
Is it possible to reduce it to -2D.
If possible than please help me how am i be able to do that to improve my eye sight.

Without surgical intervention, at present it is not possible to just reduce your eye power by exercise n other means...though there are lot of people n books claiming the same, it is not..
