My eyesight number is increased from the previous one. I was using these glasses from 3-4 years and before this as well my number got increased little bit, i don't remember the earlier one numbers but my current eyesight number is as follows :
Right Eye : sph -1.00, cyl-1.25, axis 100
Left eye: sph-1.25, cyl-1.75, axix 80
My question is that ,
1. As my eye sight number is increasing after every 3-4 years , should i need to worry about this ? How i can prevent this however i wear glasses all the time.
2. Should i go for the Lasik surgery with my current eyesight numbers and will this not increase after Lasik as i want to get rid of glasses?
Please help me to understand this. Many thanks in Advance!

Hello,
It's a myth that if one wears the glasses one's glass power won't change. Also we need to understand if the number has changed, is it a significant jump. Visit an ophthalmologist and get your number evaluated on 2 occasion 6 month apart,if stable proceed for other examination like tear function test, lens status, retina, topography and pachymetry. If ok,you can def get rid of glasses with LASIK.
