Eye scratching, itching and redness

It's been a week of scratching my eyes. I have itchy eyes which get a burning sensation and turn red when I scratch them. I also feel a foreign body under both eyelids. Please advise

are you a computer user. if so .you are having computer vision syndrome use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and blink frequently. rub ocupol d eye oint twice daily on lids.
