I have been wearing glasses since 4 years. My power hasn't changed from past 1 year. If I switch to lenses is their a possibility of the power to increase? (for myopia)

Change in eye glasses power is mainly due to the process of body growth. Since you are now 18, change in power is unlikely, irrespective of what you use, lenses or spectacles. In fact, now you can undergo LASIK or Laser Vision Correction as well.
