Your symptoms suggest allergy eye disease
1. Avoid rubbing eyes
2. Cold compresses
1.antiallergic eyedrop like olopat twice
2. Lubricating eyedrop like flogel thrice daily
3. Mild steroid like flurisone in pulse dose if allergy is severe
Hi there..redness and itching of the eyes could due to many reasons like bacterial conjunctivitis, viral conjunctivitis, or sometimes even uveitis. It is best not to use any drops containing steroids unless the cause has been determined. So consult a ophthalmologist as soon as possible, so that they can look for the cause and treat accordingly. Also do not delay as sometimes keratitis left untreated can lead pannus formation or even corneal ulceration
