Eye redness

Asked for Male, 25 Years

From the past 4 to 5 years, I'm suffering from redness in both of my eyes. Redness occurs after my bath, or after using Computer for 6 to 7 hours. I consulted many doctors but they have given Refresh eye drops and said it cant be cured as it is an allergy. Please suggest.

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome so please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20 formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20.minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches. wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and also do cold compresses with ice and consume lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. Don't sit facing towards ac or blowers.
