Eye redness and pain

I have right eye pain and redness since yesterday evening. Severe pain to open right eye. Only one sided pain.

I think you having problems due to dryness ,you should use Systane ultra eye drops 5-6 times regularly to save your eyes from dryness & for redness you may use Tobrasone eye drops 3-4 times for week & after redness disappears ,please stop it .
