Could be allergic reaction to the drop. Please stop using the drops immediately. You can do ice compresses. Take tablet teczine 1-0-1 * 2 days. Consult online or offline

Itching in hands and feet can't be due to eye drops. You can use Tab cetrizine  one right now. Please consult a physician / skin specialist. Stop the eye drop that you have used and consult an ophthalmologist.
