When I work in front of laptop my I eye does red and little happen a headache what should I do, should I make a eye protector glass for this

1st get your eyes testing done. if it is ok then you must be having computer vision syndrome. for which you have to use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily and follow 20..20 ..formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. keep screen at a proper distance ie approx 20inch. don't face towards the AC.
