It might be due to allergic conjunctivitis or blepharoconjuctivitis.
Please do cold compresses with ice and put antiallergic eye drops e.g. olopatadine 2to 3 times daily and lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids. Scrub your lids with zyaqua cleanser .

Itchy eyelids could be due to blepharitis or meibomitis
For these conditions, Vaseline is not good option
Scrub lashes with baby shampoo and apply antibiotic ointment like azithromycin over lid margins
