Healthy eye with good Vision is only possible in person who is having no disease eg ,no diabetic , no hypertension&addiction of regular exercise with control over diet, you may use lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day to save your eye from pollution & dryness, you may add some antioxidant  one tablet daily after morning breakfast (Tab vitalux plus novartis pharma)

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Firstly, since you are a soldier in our army i want to thank you for your services. There is nothing you have to do special for eyes. Just have a well balanced diet everyday, protect your eyes from harsh sun rays and dust etc. That much will be enough. Also, vit-A rich foods are advised for eye health. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
