Eye problems
Eight months ago I got glasses of -1 for first time. After 8 months it has increased to -1.25 for both eyes. I personally think that I got glasses because dryness due Tube light bulbs. ( As I had joined coaching class for my 12 standard and in a hall of 10 * 20 ft there were 3 tube light. Because of this my vision started getting blurry). What can I do now??

It's because of eye strain . Some doctors under correct myopia by -0.25 for the first time and fully correct after 6-12 months . These help in easy adaptation of glasses.. for your problem I suggest use lubricants drops and wash ur eyes with cold water .. You can change your glasses to anti glare

It's myopia. Overstrain may worsen your problem. But tubelights are not the cause of it.please get your refraction done annually.
