It's Subconjunctival Haemorrhage. Nothing to worry about. The haemorrhage will change it's colour from red to orange to yellow and will fade away over a period of around 2 weeks. The redness may spread before coming down. Usually Subconjunctival Haemorrhage never causes any issues like pain, watering, discharge etc. Start with Tablet Limcee 1 tablet two times a day for 10 days and Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 3 times a day for Both Eyes.
Next Steps
If she observes any decrease in vision or any other issues come up then meet any nearby Ophthalmologist.
