Eye problem
Their is itching in my left eye also redness and also tears and also low vision.when I up and down my eyelid it is itching happens .please suggest me best medication

it seems to be self inflicted epithelial abrasion . due to irritation you might have rubbed the eyes so vigorously that it caused abrasion. now please don't use steroid and can put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin. please consult an ophthalmologist.

Hello, It looks like viral conjunctivitis from the picture. You need to show ophthalmologist. Meanwhile you can start Loteprednolol-tobramycin, antihistaminics and lubricating eye drops.
