My power is 4.2...I wearing specs when using cell phone...it's chances of increasing power of specs?....always wearing specs is any chances to decrease power of specs?

Hello A.  Power usually becomes stable at age of 18yrs to 21yrs As your age is 21 years so power will not increase now B.. Wearing glasses does not help. In decreasing the power Lasik is only option to get rid of glasses
