Eye problem
Iam not able to tolerate high contrast things like tv laptop. Even if I reduce contrast iam not feeling comfortable.Ther is no pain or redness in eyes. My glasses numbers are 2.25 in both eyes. Iam using systane eye drops after consultation with doctor. This started after I recovered from corona one and half months back. Please suggest any treatment

Reduce contrast to optimum level, continue lubricant drops, use proper posture to use digital screen, learn and follow 20-20-20 rule.
