Have been long term anxiety(3 months) about vision. See everything with extra attention to make sure that vision is correct. Suddenly one day see a hair like string in the vision.that persists still. & Make me nervous everyday.so I want to know this string was always there from birth or it develop during anxiety. & What is treatment options

Floaters are benign and dont need treatment
Only way you get rid of them is to avoid them
