I have my right eye pricking , feel like some dust is inside but there is not , since it's covid time we couldn't visit doctors , kindly suggest me some home remedy and drops . There is no redness or swelling but there is a feel like something is there inside eye and it's uneasy

Photo please. Try washing with cupped hand and flowing water. If it still continues,ask someone to shine a phone torch and look at the cornea and conjunctiva for any particles. If nothing is there, use lubricant eyedrops like Lubrex 6 times a day and see if it is better by one day.
