Dear sir/ madam, Just done eye check up for eye pressure ?? Please explain what does it mean ?? prescription attached.

There is no Eye pressure reading. Either you have not captured the entire prescription page or the Eye Pressure was not noted down. Vision mentioned is absolutely normal.
