Can aayurvad or any other treatment or any type of treatment reduce eye power number...because mine power number - 2 ...can it be reduce by any treatment.

There is no medicine either allopathic or ayurvdic to reduce myopic power ,at the age of 20 ,-2d is very less power ,you should try to wear glass ,there is lots of advantage of small myopic power in later life.
