Eye power is increasinng

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have eye power of -2.5 and -2.75 in both eyes. Eyes are really weak and infact the power is also increasing gradually. What to do to reduce it.? In my home no body have spects. I worked in front of computer nearly 9 hours. I get spects after my graduation when i started working.
