Eye pain sometimes
Hv no problem in eye with regard to viewing anything .can see thing clearly .but sometime feel pain in the eye..specially in eye ball...this problem is morr when i m more tensed or stressed.
What is the reason of it and how can i treat it...

Hello
this may be due to dryness
you can 1. Blink a lot
2. Wash eyes with fresh water
3. Cold compresses
4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Stress will definitely lead to fatigue of the eye muscles and also your work habits can cause this if you have a job which involves facing bright lights always.
Get your vision checked out once and give your eyes rest every hour for 5 minutes.
Consult a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management.
