You can try lubricant eye drops daily 4 times for 2weeks
Take lots of fluids
Try the ice pack
Take a break in between work
Avoid unnecessary mobile usage
Wash your face frequently with fresh water
These helpful in controlling Dry eye

You can use lubricating eye drop.
While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Maintain right posture while using computer.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Blink more often.
Sit away from ac and fan.
Get your eyes tested for glass number.
