Eye pain and stress. Stress on my eyes!

At the age of 36 ,a computer professional experiencing eye strain is not something to ignore. If your work is getting affected and it will continue to  produce discomfort as the time goes by and as your age advances it might become all the more troublesome. Without examination it is impossible to answer your question but few imp things are worth mentioning here for everybody's benefit as a part of medical information. Do u have glass power ? Or you had glasses which you stopped using in past on your own? Possibility is that the power has changed or increased and that is what is causing strain. Or Do you have dry eyes?
