Eye itching

Asked for Female, 23 Years

This is for my wife she is 23yrs. Eye is itching often and it is furious in the mornings she is not able to bear the itching and cannot wash her face as she catches cold if she wash her face. Only her right eye is itching all the time. We are thinking if this could be controlled by any eye drop. Please advise as she is suffering lot.

It seems to be allergic conjunctivitis. Try to find out what agent is causing it. Maybe change of temperature or soap or any cream or most common is dust, pollution and wind. First and foremost is to avoid the allergen/agent. Use olopatadine and ketorolac eye drops thrice daily along with lubricant eye drops three times daily and Kitmox-LD eye drops thrice daily for 5 days and then taper Kitmox-LD. If no improvement in 5 days consult an ophthalmologist.
