Eye itching
There is regular itching in my eyes and some times water too comes because of excess itching,everytym itching becomes very painful and irritating.

Are you exposed to lot of pollution if so it might be allergy and /or infection. In that case you must use antiallergic e.g. olopatadine. or are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop in both conditions rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy
Try
A cold compresses
B use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in pulse dose in severe cases
