Eye issue since 2nd day from birth

My son is 3 months old and facing issue wid his left eye... gets sticks wen he sleep and gets yellow dirt and facing watery eye and i was advice too use toba and I used the same but was nt effective den dr. suggested to use moxicrip bt still no effect... plz advise wat to do
