Eye is watering sometimes
I am unable to sit in office on AC and seeing the laptop .one of my eye is acheing and some times water is coming. I am unable to watch continuously anything it's irritating and watering . Can you please provide a remedy for it.

Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness
Try
A cold compresses
B. Aise antiglare glasses
C. Restrict use of mobile and laptop
D. use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are having computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and don't sit facing towards a/c or blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and also do cold compresses with ice .
