Eye infection+Sore throat
It started with the redness and dry eyes... then profusely tear discharge with yellow mucus and the feeling of a foreign particle in the eye... followed by sore throat... went to a physician and was prescribed antibiotic and ciplox eye drops... now the situation is that eyes are fine but still feel dryness smtimes ... but the throat is very sore ... white blisters on throat and tonsils... difficulty in swallowing spcly in the evening and morning... i started having erythromycin 250mg .. morning and evening ... Thr is no fever or bodyache... i am alrdy suffering from nasal polyps... What is it ? Kindly Respond.. i will b very thankful.

Hi.... Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice. Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey....can soothe a sore throat. Gargle saltwater..... Consider lozenges. Lozenges can soothe a sore throat.....
