My 7 year old daughter has eye pain, her left eye is swollen (almost closed), and thick yellow mucus is coming out. Can I use ciplox eye drop to treat the infection.

Clean her eyes with cotton dipped in Luke warm water. Use moxifloxacin eye drops 3times a day and moxicip eye ointment at night.
