I think I have an eye infection my eye is swellon so is my cheek it looks like I have a blackeye. Not my eye but my eye lid is swellon and red at the tear duct.

Adding a decent quality photograph will enable understanding the issue here better madam. Have you had a history of trauma? What about your health- history of high blood pressure/diabetes?

Nevertheless, redness and swelling point towards the likelihood of infection. Infection when severe and untreated will simply increase. why not visit your friendly eye doctor and get it looked at?
