I have been suffering with right eye redness and pain since 3days,i used moxifloxin drops but no relief

Hi there,see you have to specify whether it is with discharge means in simple words when you wake your eyes are stucked up and you find it difficult to open if this is there than its sure you are suffering from conjunctivitis and you can start with antibiotics like Vigamox eyedrop 5-6 times in a day to start with and from second day you can continue for 4 times for atleast 5 days.
