I am suffering from itching and redness in eyes. It feels like there is a lot of sand filled in my eyes. This problem increases especially in the night. What should I do? Any medicines recommended?

Appears to be symptoms of Dry Eye Syndrome.. It needs careful assessment and long term treatment with frequent visits to your eye specialist at least for 3 - 6 months

How long are you having this problem..? Any kind of discharge.. It can either be allergy (mostly) or an infection also.  Please share your complaints in detail along with a picture of your eyes.
