Eye has been swallon and feeling itching inside my eyes paining while touching I can't wash my eyes iti paining please consult some remedie on it

Looks like stye. Start hot fomentation and tab acetoplus SP 2 times a day for 3days. And tab Cef X 200 2 times a day for 5days. See doctor if no relief
