Eye got hurt yesterday
My father's left eye got something while riding a bike yesterday. But now it's hurting or irritating so much when ever he tries to close it. I saw in light an found that retina( black dot) is having little redness

Very difficult to diagnose from your short history ,it seems to be case of body in cornea or conjunctiva, you should consult ophthmologist immediately till you can use vigamox eye drops 8-10 times in a day.

The eye irritation caused could be because of any foreign body in the eye. You can give an eye wash at home first.
Next Steps
The foreign body needs to be removed. Its better you visit an ophthalmologist so that the eye can be examined and relieve the pain.
