Redness after taking bath happens with many people, it is not due to any abnormalities in the eyes ,it disappear within half an hour, it may also happen with bathing soap &shampoo you use ,it is normal.Watering during driving bike in spite of using helmet, you should consult Opthalmologist for refraction, if advised use spectacle, if no retractive error, then use some lubricating eye drops ( genteal eye drops) 4-5 times a day.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Could be that the soap or shampoo wouldn't be suiting you.
Use a different soap or shampoo etc.
Use goggles while riding.
Consult a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
