Hello Usually floaters are benign and don't need treatment If you are seeing flashes then I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get retina examined

Floaters are usually nonpathological.but you must get your funds examination done to rule out any retinal problem. If retina is ok then you will have to learn to imits them.
